15-cv-242 (Western District of Pennsylvania) -- Prosecutors Mark Bennett and Dan Kasaris directed their Office Manager  Dawn Pasela to befriend Tony and secretly record a series of conversations in order to gain insight into defense trial preparation.  Ms. Pasela also donated funds towards Tony's legal fees but that the government has never provided any of these voice recordings or tapes.  The attached public records suit in Erie, Pa. seeks to compel production of these items -- which should have been provided before the first trial.  Our complaint includes affidavits and attachments that confirm prosecutorial misconduct and unlawful activities by the U.S. Attorney in Cleveland.
