16-cv-1411 (Washington DC District Court) -- Judge Donald C. Nugent, who has turned a blind eye to government misconduct in Tony's case, was caught on FBI wiretaps using his position as a judge to solicit favors and a job for his girlfriend.  This public records lawsuit seeks to compel the production of these tapes so the public knows what powerful government officials are doing.
