It’s been over 3 years since Tony’s federal 12 year sentence (Tony was found not guilty at his subsequent state trial by the same joint federal task force) and his direct appeal has still not been heard by the 6th Circuit Court of Appeal.

Anyone familiar with the legal process is aware that Tony’s appeal should have been heard a long time ago, especially since Tony’s draconian sentence was above the sentencing guidelines, which requires the Appeals Court to hear his appeal.
